Call Recording

Call recording is necessary for certain businesses and useful for others. Euphoria’s call recording has from a technical standpoint been developed to be secure, structured, searchable, compliant, easy to use and usable in a court of law.

Call recordings are charged in relation to how many hours of call recording storage you need within your required storage period. For example if you need to store call recordings for 1 year you will pay for your storage requirement but after 1 year passes the oldest call recordings are automatically deleted. The longer you choose to store your call recordings the more storage space you will require.
